Policies

All color reservations require a 25% scheduling fee due at time of booking for all color or extension services. Scheduling fee is nonrefundable except in the rare case that your stylist is unable to honor your reservation.
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of time scheduled or reservations that are no-showed are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

100% of the service cost is due at the end of your appointment. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Any adjustments to services already rendered must be scheduled within two weeks of initial appointment.

By entering Salon Mercury, you understand that we take many photos at the salon. We will respect your privacy if you do not want your photo taken, however we cannot guarantee you will not be in the background of photos. You understand that any photos that Salon Mercury takes may be published online or used in advertisement. 

We will always do our best to protect your clothing & accessories, but we are not responsible for any damage done to clothing or accessories during your time in Salon Mercury.

 

Salon Mercury requests that you do not bring children with you to your hair appointment if they do not have a reserved hair service scheduled within 20 minutes of the same time.
